Consumer-Directed Services (CDS) is a Medicaid-funded program designed to provide disabled individuals with essential healthcare services, allowing them to receive assistance with Activities of Daily Living in the comfort of their own home. This program is completely free to the Consumer, and our homecare agency ensures that their caregiver is compensated for their support. One of the best features of CDS is that the Consumer has the freedom to choose a friend or family member they trust to be their caregiver. Ultimately, the Consumer is the BOSS, directing their own care with our comprehensive support, enhancing their home healthcare experience.
In-Home Services is a Medicaid funded program that allows the elderly and individuals with developmental, physical, and intellectual disabilities, as well as mental illnesses, to receive essential healthcare services at home. This includes advanced care, nurse visits, and other forms of support through our agency, rather than in a nursing facility.
We offer a full day program for adults in a safe and welcoming environment. Our participants engage in meaningful activities, enjoy social interaction, and benefit from supportive resources that promote independence and enhance their quality of life.
