Consumer-Directed Services
Consumer-Directed Services (CDS) is a Medicaid-funded program that allows eligible individuals to receive personal care assistance at home. The goal is to help adults continue living independently, rather than moving into a nursing facility. The Consumer acts as the employer and has the freedom to hire, train and supervise their own Personal Care Attendant. The Attendant can be a family member or friend of the Consumer. Our agency handles all the onboarding, administrative duties and ensures the Attendant is paid.
In-Home Services
In-Home Services is a Medicaid-funded program that allows individuals with physical, developmental and intellectual disabilities, mental illnesses, as well as elderly to receive essential healthcare services at home, rather than in a nursing facility. This includes personal care assistance, nurse visits, respite and many other forms of support. We provide trained and compassionate In-Home Aides and Nurses dedicated to helping individuals maintain their independence, comfort and quality of life.
Adult Day Care
We offer a full-day program for adults in a safe and welcoming environment. Our participants engage in meaningful activities, enjoy social interaction and benefit from supportive resources that promote independence and enhance their quality of life.
Professional Development Training
We offer Level I Medication Aide, Level I Medication Aide Update and Insulin Administration classes designed to prepare students to safely and effectively administer medications in residential care and assisted living facilities.
