Ultimate Care was founded in 2017 out of a passion for helping others and a desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

With over 21 years of experience in healthcare, our director, who is also a licensed nurse, recognized firsthand how important it is for individuals to receive personalized attention that makes them feel valued, respected and supported.

Over the years, Ultimate Care has expanded its services while staying true to the values upon which it was founded. Our mission remains focused on promoting independence, encouraging meaningful connections, and enhancing quality of life.

Ultimate Care offers a variety of services designed to support individuals, families and caregivers.

Consumer-Directed Services (CDS)

We empower individuals to take an active role in their care by allowing them to choose and direct their own attendants, while our agency handles the administrative responsibilities.

In-Home Services

Our trained aides and nurses help individuals receive the support they need to remain comfortably in their own homes.

Adult Day Care

We provide a welcoming, engaging environment where adults can enjoy social interaction, recreational activities and supportive care while giving families and caregivers additional peace of mind.

Professional Development Training

We strive to prepare the next generation of healthcare professionals with the skills needed to succeed. We provide quality instruction with an emphasis on hands-on learning, skill development and career advancement.
